And maybe perhaps you have been lucky enough to walk away from the spoils sporting a new mp3 player which you can fill with some great Gigatracks music. Well, either way, it’s time to shake off the excesses of the holidays with a little full blown metal brought to you by our friends in Coping With Ignorance. They’re bringing the heat with a song called ‘Shattered Dreams’, which reminds me quite a bit of Blindside or maybe Incubus.

These guys have been making the rounds with some rather large names as well. Bands like Chevelle, Godsmack, Disturbed and Taproot, to name just a few. After you take a listen to this track, you’ll definitely understand why. If you like your metal with a sing-along hook to make it go down nice and easy, then this is just the treat you need.
