‘Sentimental Lovely Day’, mmmm rock goodness. Power Pop with smooth as butter melodies. Yet another one of those tracks that you can sing along with. Has a fresh sound to it, but is still radio friendly. This is a good example of what is missing from most modern rock.

Fern, based in Springfield Missouri, has played with Red Hot Chili Peppers, Fuel, Our Lady Peace, etc. Their sound is somewhat comparable to both Fuel and Our Lady Peace, although their sound is more positive and upbeat.

‘Sentimental Lovely Day’ is just an all around good song. Well crafted and well written, it’s one that will make you wonder why you haven’t heard more from these guys.
