Behold, the voice of an angel. Rebeka Reed has one one the smoothest, most mind-capturingly beautiful voices to grace our humble site. This is one track that I’m really excited about presenting to you. ‘Pharoah’s Daughter’ is acoustic pop perfection. It’s one of the very rare tracks that I hear that I would not change a thing about. The production is outstanding, the lyrics are thoughtful, the hook is tight and the harmonies… oh man, the harmonies. They absolutely make the song.

Rebeka’s voice resembles that of Allison Krauss, another female blessed with the voice of an angel as well, although Rebeka’s style is more pop than country. She’s done stints opening for acts such as Jewel and I can see that as being a perfect fit. Too bad Jewel more than likely got upstaged by her opener.

If you ever needed an example of someone who is destined to be a star, then look no further than Rebeka. Forget all that American Idol crap, because the real deal is right here.
